The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building
1. Erection of detached dwelling with integral garage at 77, Latham Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2023/90506.
The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
2. Erection of extensions to form two-storey dwelling at 126, Gomersal Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2023/90464.
3. Erection of extensions and re-building of derelict buildings to form 5 flats at 1, 3, 5 & 7, Oates Street, Dewsbury. Application No. 2023/90487.
