TM/23/00357/LB – 12 High Street East Malling West Malling Kent ME19 6AL – Catherine McRae is applying for Listed Building Application: Replace the existing door (estimate a 1990s/2000, door) with a new, heavier timber door, to reduce the excessive levels of traffic noise inside the house. The new door will have the same style (similar look, rural, country style) to match the period appearance of the cottage & neighbours’ doors. Reason: LB CA

TM/23/00446/FL – William Cory & Son Limited 465 Station Road Aylesford Kent ME20 7QR – Dewmist Ltd are applying for Erection of a new 85 bed care home. Reason: MD CA PROW
