Cumbria County Council Planning Application
Cumbria Waste Management is applying for Planning Permission at Hespin Wood Waste Management Park, Rockcliffe, Carlisle, CA6 4BJ for An application under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 to amend condition 2 of planning permission 1/21/9004. Planning permission 1/21/9004 permits the construction of a building and its subsequent operation for the processing of waste to produce Refuse Derived Fuel and for the processing of commingled recyclable material. This application seeks to amend condition number 2 of that permission to allow operations within the Refuse Derived Fuel Building to take place in the hours between 19.00 and 07.00 Monday to Friday.
