I give notice that Silva Recycling Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the demolition of existing office building and workshop and development of a Wood Processing Facility with associated, roads, parking and infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
