The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice.

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2023/00201/FULM

Application Type: Full Planning (Major)

Location: Heathcroft Stud, 18 Deacons Close, Croft, Warrington, WA3 7EN. Proposal: Proposed residential development of 98 dwellings, internal access roads, public open space including play facilities, landscaping, infrastructure works including the erection of a sub-station, together with other associated works. Applicant: Bellway Homes Limited (Manchester Division).

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2023/00204/FULM

Application Type: Full Planning (Major)

Location: Land At Golborne Road, Winwick, Warrington.

Proposal: Proposed residential development of 163 no. dwellings with associated areas of open space, access, car parking, landscaping and ancillary works.

Applicant: Bellway Homes.

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2023/00082/FULM

Application Type: Full Planning (Major)

Location: Cockhedge Shopping Centre Cockhedge Way, Bewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2QQ.

Proposal: Full planning permission for the partial demolition of Cockhedge retail Mall, removal of pedestrian bridge over Scotland Road, the refurbishment of Cockhedge retail Mall, including creation of new east and west entrances and reconfiguration of retail units, refurbishment of Unit J, including partial removal of canopy to north-elevation, re-cladding and sub-division into 3no. retail units (Use Class E), re-cladding to Asda trolley bay canopy, relocation of car parking serving Buzz Bingo, creation of new hard and soft landscaping, and the installation of temporary landscaping and hoardings to the south of Buzz Bingo.

Applicant: Cockhedge Property Unit Trust and Altered/Space

Any person who wishes to make representations about an application (including objections) should submit via the online form at the above address or by letter to Development Management, East Annexe, Town Hall, Warrington WA1 1UH within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the date of this notice. Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
