Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION by the prospective applicant.
Proposal of Application Notice (22/04227/PAN) for the development of a crematorium, construction skills academy and manufacturing facility with associated vehicular access, car parking and hard and soft landscaping at land bounded by Whitworth Road, Southfield, Glenrothes KY6 2TF.
Public drop-in consultations will be held for the above development at Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, Glenrothes KY6 2RD on Wednesday 15th March 2023 between 3:00pm - 7:30pm. Sessions will take place at the following times and venues:
• Session 1 - 3:15pm : ‘Meeting Room - Indoor Arena’
• Session 2 - 4:15pm : ‘Meeting Room - Indoor Arena’
• Session 3 - 5:15pm : ‘Studio 4 - Main Building’
• Session 4 - 6:15pm : ‘Studio 4 - Main Building’
Further information relating to the proposal may be obtained from DO-Architecture, Studio 10.08, Savoy Tower, 77 Renfrew Street Glasgow G2 3BZ.
Any comments arising from the public consultation should be directed to DO-Architecture via SouthfieldPAN@do-architecture.co.uk by 17th March 2023. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fife Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Fife Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
