NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER- LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1.Extension to rear, internal reworks, changing of front / side windows at 21 Clarence Street Newcastle Staffs. ST5 1DF by Mr Mrs Campbell. File Ref. 23/00108/FUL. (Application site lies within the Stubbs Walks Conservation Area)
2. Replacement of the existing external through the wall machines with new model. New replacement Advertisement to external machines.at 64-68 High Street Newcastle ST5 1QN. File ref 23/00092/FUL & 23/00093/ADV. (Application site is within the Newcastle Town Conservation Area) The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13
1.Application to vary condition 7 of planning application 16/01106/FUL (Redevelopment of the site for 499 apartments comprising of student accommodation) to allow for use of approved student apartments by both students and hospital staff at One London Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 1LZ by Abode Residencies. File ref 23/00104/FUL (Application for Major Development)
2.Application for the variation of condition 1 of 20/00336/FUL (Demolition of former Newcastle Baptist Church and erection of residential apartment development containing 14 no. 2 bed units and 8 no. 1 bed units, formation of new access and associated car parking) to allow for the enclosure of the open air corridors and subsequent changes to the elevations and car parking (REVISED DESCRIPTION) at Newcastle Baptist Church London Road Newcastle ST5 1LN by Wish Developments.

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk
