PUBLICATION AND COMING INTO EFFECT OF MAXIMUM FARE STRUCTURE FOR TAXIS
NOTICE is given that Dumfries and Galloway Council as Licensing Authority under the stated Act has reviewed its Maximum Fare Structure for Taxis by agreeing to amend the current structure as follows:
Mileage – For journeys up to one and a half miles the maximum charge is £5.50 (previously £4.50). This decision will take effect from 1 March 2023.
The reviewed Maximum Fare Structure may be viewed on the Council’s website www.dumgal.gov.uk
