b) Change of use from dentist (use class E) to dwelling (use
class C3) at Bridlington Orthodontic Centre 36 Market
Place Bridlington YO16 4QL (Ref: 23/00569/ERNOT)
c) Removal of existing external signage, night safe plate and
ATM, infill aperture with stonework to match existing and
re-instate window to match existing to front at Barclays
6 Manor Street Bridlington YO15 2RU (Ref: 23/00448/PLF)
d) Variation of Condition 19 (Approved Plans) of planning
permission 19/04290/STPLF (Erection of 54 dwellings
and associated infrastructure) to amend road status and
turning head adjacent to Plots 29-32 at Land North of
10 Pinfold Grove Bridlington YO16 7GU
(Ref: 23/00327/STVAR)
Proposals (a,b,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation
Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) is a major development.
