Proposal: Approval of Reserved Matters for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for residential development of 50 dwellings in relation to Outline Permission 19/00583/OUT
Location: Land Off Blacksmiths Close And Park Avenue To The Rear Of 7 - 53 Mansfield Road Glapwell
Applicant: Meadowview Homes
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan for the area. The proposed development also affects a public right of way.
