The following applications have been submitted for planning permission
and Notice is hereby given under:-

Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- NW/23/00097/LBC - Listed Building Consent for the wall and pier to be carefully taken down, the land behind be regraded to a suitable slope and size and once the land has been regraded, the wall and pier are to be rebuilt to match existing prior to deconstruction at Boundary Wall, Manor House Close, Earls Barton

The Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Regulations
1990:- NW/23/00100/LBC - Retrospective Listed Building Consent for the creation of a hardstanding to the front of the property. Resubmission of NW/22/00787/LBC at 36 West Street, Earls Barton, Northampton, NN6 0EW

The applications may be viewed on the website www.wellingborough.gov.uk until 26.03.2023
