In some cases the application must be considered by Committee, and members of the public have the opportunity to address that Committee, subject to certain rules. If you wish to speak, you should confirm this in your letter and you will be sent more details in due course. Comments received will only be acknowledged on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by email, if an email address is supplied.
