Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2023/24799/LBC.
Proposal: New proposed detached garage & parking area for Mr Mick Meadows. Location: The Stables College Road Bradley BD20 9DT.
Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2023/24776/HH.
Proposal: Proposed garage conversion, extension and detached garage within garden for Mrs A Wright.
Location: 2 Delaney Gardens Settle BD24 9AH.
Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/24591/FUL.
Proposal: Proposed change of use of Westhouse Methodist Church to form one dwelling for The Reverend Stephen Caddy.
Location: Methodist Church Westhouse.
Reason(s): Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Proposal: Erection of new dormer bungalow adjacent to existing dwelling. for Mr and Mrs Brian and Brenda Clough.
Location: Adjacent To Inglewood Gatering Lane Sutton-in-craven.
