The following applications have been received by the Council: P23/0205 – The occupier for Demolition of existing warehouse building and erection of new industrial unit within use class Eg(ii) and (iii), B2 and B8 with ancillary Eg(i) with associated access. Car parking and landscaping at Building 48, Third Avenue, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford, DY6 7XA 

The following application is being advertised because it affects the line of a Public Right of Way P23/0116 – The Occupier for Existing wall and roof cladding to be replaced with a combination of timber effect and grey metal cladding, to include increase in roof height to accommodate new roof cladding and new entrance/exit points at Country Baskets (Wholesale Warehouse), Gibbs Road, Lye, Stourbridge, DY9 8SY 

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990

These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building. P23/0167 – The Occupier for Change of Use from travel agents to hot food takeaway at 24, Churchill Shopping Centre, Dudley, DY2 7BJ
