The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area.

PL/23/0272/FA CA

Cricket Pavilion, Penn Street, Penn. Non turf cricket pitch and practice facility.

PL/20/0429/FA Affects setting of CA, LB & public right of way, major development

Chiltern Hills Golf Course, Green Street, Chorleywood Amendments to extant planning permissions CH/2010/0133/VRC and CH/2003/1758/FA as allowed on appeal, Inspectorate's reference APP/X0415/A/03/1133807 and CH/2017/2292/FA to allow for the recontouring of part of the original application site to include a golf driving range/practice area and green plateau for use as football playing pitches, including one full size football pitch with eight 15m high flood lighting columns. Erection of a temporary clubhouse to serve football club for a period of 5 years (pending implementation ofthe main clubhouse) and associated access, landscaping and parking.

PL/22/2830/FA Major development & affects setting of LB

Newland Park, Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles Redevelopment of site comprising new Health, Fitness and Racquets Club, replacement cricket pitch, and associated landscaping and parking.

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
