I give notice that the following applications have been made to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission:
APP/23/00039/F: Change existing grey PVC window of Flat 4 to grey PVC french doors. The Everglades, 8A Lindsay Road.
APP/23/00043/F: Works to existing shopfront and new build shopfront details, use approved under APP/18/01655/F. 95 Commercial Road.
APP/23/00049/F: Installation of 2 No. Air Source Heat Pumps on the side of the house within the rear garden inside the property boundary, 8m from boundary lines. 16A Martello Road.
APP/23/00076/F: Proposed alterations to existing rear conservatory to an insulated roof, internal alterations to house and garage. Widen existing driveway entrance and proposed additional driveway exit. Retrospective approval for loft conversion including rear dormer windows and solar panels. 29 Cassel Avenue.
APP/23/00097/F: Variation of condition 2 of planning permission APP/18/01072/F to replace previously approved drawings with amend drawings as listed within the cover letter dated 23rd January 2023. Wilderton House, 2 Wilderton Road.
APP/23/00121/F: Demolition of existing house and erection of a replacement house with detached garage. 16 Martello Road.
APP/23/00133/F: Extension to North elevation of property to create additional bedroom/living space and storage. 16 Western Avenue.
APP/23/00011/F: Demolition of the existing hotel building and redevelopment to provide a mixed use scheme of five buildings providing flexible commercial units at ground floor with 179 residential units above and a hotel with ancillary bar/restaurant, plus basement level car parking, cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping, revised access and associated works. The Quay Thistle Hotel.
APP/23/00022/P: Outline application for the demolition of existing dwellings and erection of 12 apartments with underground parking. 1-3 Moorlands, 50 Haven Road.
APP/23/00028/F: Alterations and extensions to block of flats to form 10 additional flats with ancillary cycle and bin stores. Firgrove Court, 61 Bournemouth Road.
APP/23/00106/F: Site clearance and ground levelling works, construction of car sales and display showroom building, associated external vehicle sales and display area, car parking and electric vehicle charging points, foul and surface water drainage systems, external lighting, hard and soft landscaping, and boundary treatments. 12 Yarrow Road.
APP/23/00142/F: Internal alterations, upgrading/extending of existing single storey extension to rear & loft conversion with the addition of dormer to rear aspect and rooflight to front. 8 Mentone Road.
