APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT

Rooftop Solar PV on the slate roofs of the Rydal Youth Centre and Bully Barn buildings. The arrays are electrically connected to supply the buildings and adjacent Rydal Hall and chalets buildings with surplus going via the connection to the national grid.

1. Minor internal changes to the bank barn ground floor layout to provide an additional bedroom,

2. Addition of 2 conservation rooflights to the cart-shed rear roof slope and addition

of 2 conservation rooflights to the bank barn rear roof slope,

3. Altering window/door design and material to the cart shed and bank barn within

retained existing openings.

4. The ceiling beam to the ground floor parlour supporting the floor above has advanced decay which requires removal for reconsideration of its condition

for either extensive repair or replacement.
