P22/1819 – The Occupier for Ground floor rear extension (following demolition of garage, store and extension at rear). Creation of habitable room in roof space with rear dormer. New first floor front window and replace UPVC fascia with a lead canopy to ground floor front window. Re-instate chimney and extend to ridge height. P23/0019 – The Occupier for Telecommunications development comprising of upgrades to the existing rooftop telecommunication: Existing Antennas to be removed from plant room roof. Proposed installation of 12 no. antennas, 3 no. tripod mounting poles, 2 no. 300 dishes, 1 no. GPS module, 1 no. cabinet and 2 no. racks. Existing 2 no. dishes and 1 no. GPS module to be relocated and associated ancillary works at St Johns House, High Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 8PJ
