Any person who wishes to make representation to the Council regarding the application(s) should do so within 14 days of the date of this Notice using the planning online register. Guidance on how to use the online register is available at www.enfield.gov.uk using the Search for Applications button. The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that any observations on this proposal must be made available, on request, to the press and the public (including the applicants) who may take copies if they so wish. Copies of observations may be published on the Council and the Planning Inspectorate websites, including any personal information provided.

** If a householder, advertisement consent or minor commercial application becomes the subject of an appeal, dealt with by written representation, against refusal of planning permission, there may be no opportunity under the fast-track appeal process to make further comment at the appeal stage. Comments received at the application stage will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate.
