NW/23/00062/REM - Application for matters consent for appearance, layout, landscaping, scale, boundary treatment, and drainage infrastructure of the reserved matters relating to the Neighbourhood Centre at Stanton Cross including C3 Residential (37 units), use class E(a) Retail (9 units including a convenience store), use class E(d) a Gym, use class E(c) an Office and use class E(f) a pre-school day nursery pursuant to condition (2) the siting, design and external appearance of buildings; b) vehicle, cycle and foot access routes and parking; c) landscaping including boundary treatments and details of street furniture and lighting; d) layout and design of public open space; e) layout, design and specification of drainage infrastructure of variation to outline planning permission reference WP/15/00605/VAR at Land Area 12A Local Centre Stanton Cross, Irthlingborough Road East, Wellingborough.
