22/02576/FUL - Sunderland Cricket & Rugby Football Club West Lawn Ashbrooke Road Sunderland SR2 7HH. Ashbrooke Sports Club is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of two storey extension including new lift access and ramped access into existing function room.
22/02630/FUL - Former Harveys Furniture Store/HSS Hire Shop East View Castletown Sunderland SR5 3AN. Harbinger Sunderland Developments Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from Non-Food Retail (Use Class E (a)) with ancillary office (Use Class E (g)) to Self-Storage (Use Class B8) with ancillary office (Use Class E (g)(i)), the insertion of a full cover mezzanine floor, refurbishment of external elevations, replacement of roof, reconfiguration of car parking area and all associated works.
23/00239/SUB - Bella Marie Training Academy 50 Borough Road Sunderland SR1 1AE. Sterling Property Assets Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use and conversion of the ground floor to 4 apartments with door / window alterations.
