REGULATIONS 2013 (as amended) – PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF PROPOSED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
ON LAND AT HEATHFIELD FARM, GARTCOSH
Following the submission of a Proposal of Application Notice to North Lanarkshire Council on 23rd September 2022, Persimmon Homes and Avant Homes intend to submit a planning application for residential development
on land at Heathfield Farm, Gartcosh as part of the Gartcosh Community Growth Area.
Prior to submitting a planning application, Persimmon Homes and Avant Homes will be holding a public exhibition on Wednesday 22nd February between 1pm-8pm at the Gartcosh Social Club, Eastgate, G69 8AS.

Persimmon Homes and Avant Homes would welcome any comments on the proposed development to be provided either at the exhibition or in writing to the above address.
Please be advised that this notice does not relate to a formal planning application. At this stage comments should not be made to North
Lanarkshire Council and should only be made to the above address by 18 th March 2023.
Any comments made on the prospective
application are not representations to North Lanarkshire Council. When a planning application is submitted, neighbour notification will be undertaken and there will be an opportunity to make formal representations to the Council. Plans at the public exhibition are indicative only and may be subject to change. A second follow up consultation event will also be held prior to submission of the planning application.
