The following applications have been received by the Council:
P22/1853 – The Occupier for Erection of 14 no. new dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping following demolition of 129A The Straits to facilitate creation of access road at Land Located off The Straits, The Straits, Lower Gornal, DY3 3AW
The following application is being advertised because it affects the line of a public right of way
P23/0119 – The Occupier for Conversion of retail building (E), two storey rear extension (following demolition of existing rear element) and increase in roof height to facilitate loft conversion with rear dormer to create 5 no. apartments with associated works (resubmission of withdrawn application P22/0047) at 167 High Street, Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill, DY5 2AB
