The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.
A/22/94882/MAJOR Agricultural Land South of Wigan Road Farm Wigan Road Golborne. The development of a new employment site in a mix of Use Classes B2, B8 and E(g), comprising office building, workshops, yard and open storage and new vehicular accesses and car parking, including demolition of all existing structures and redevelopment of the existing depot for the erection of 26 dwellings, together with associated engineering and landscaping works and the creation of public open space including new footpaths.
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
A/23/94952/MAJOR Land At Silk Mill Street Mosley Common Tyldesley. Residential development of 105 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and access.
