23/00012/OUT: Hamlin Estates Ltd : Demolition of existing house and non residential structures, creation of improved access and erection of Care Home and Later Living residential dwellings and associated works.:- 270 Eastwood Road Rayleigh.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposal involves major development.
