CITY OF YORK COUNCIL AND TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017. NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION RESPECTING ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Proposed development at Pikehills Golf Club, Tadcaster Road, Copmanthorpe, York for Redevelopment of the Pike Hills Golf Course involving importation and grading of soils. The applicants, Booth Ventures Limited, have submitted further information in relation to the environmental statement that was submitted with the planning application made in May 2022 (as amended). Members of the public may view a copy of the application, supporting documents, the environmental statement and further information online at http://www.york.gov.uk/planning using the reference 22/01074/FULM or call 01904 551553 to arrange a viewing.
