What is planned?

Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2022/24604/FUL. Proposal: Convert shippon to camping facilities building with bunk barn. Replace unused tack room building with new camping facilities building with bunk barn. Change of use of approximately 1.5 acres of agricultural use land to mixed use of agricultural and camping for Blaithwaite Developments Limited Location: Blaithwaite Farm Giggleswick BD24 0DU Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.

Application No: 2022/24648/HH. Proposal: Single storey side extension to form a tractor and caravan store with raised platform above for Mr T Lambert Location: Brown House 3 High Street Ingleton LA6 3AB Reasons: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.

Application No: 2023/24732/HH. Proposal: Proposed roof alteration to existing detached outbuilding and installation of solar panels to outbuilding & main house roofs for Mr Doug Clark Location: St Johns House Crosshills Road Cononley BD20 8LA Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 23rd February 2023.

All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
