The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LB - Application No. 46/2023/0038 - Red Lion House, Gemig Street, St Asaph - Demolition of existing single storey extension and first floor balcony to rear and erection of replacement single storey extension and associated works (Listed Building Application).
