Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION by the prospective applicant.

Proposal of Application Notice (22/04227/PAN) for the development of a crematorium and construction skills academy and manufacturing facility with associated vehicular access, car parking and hard and soft landscaping at land bounded by Whitworth Road, Southfield, Glenrothes, KY6 2TF. A public drop-in consultation will be held for the above development at Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, Glenrothes KY6 2RD on Wednesday 15th February 2023 between 3:00pm-7:30pm. A further drop-in event will be held in this location on Wednesday 15th March 2023 between 3:00pm-7:30pm.
