This advertisement gives notice that Applethwaite Limited are applying for planning permission the erection of 46 age restricted bungalows, a community pavilion, associated access, hard and soft landscaping and associated infrastructure (including a pumping station)
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to The planning department of Fylde Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW, quoting application number PP11850977v1XHJ (Planning Portal Reference) in any correspondence.
* ”Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
