Dandara East Scotland is proposing a residential development on land north of Muirhouses Avenue at Drum Farm North, Bo’ness. This is an opportunity to comment on and influence the planning of this site prior to a planning application being submitted to Falkirk Council. The first drop-in Public Exhibition will be held on: Tuesday 31st January 2023 from 2.30pm – 7pm at Bo’ness Town Hall, Stewart Avenue, Bo’ness, EH51 9NJ. During this time, information on the proposed development will be available to view, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and there will be an opportunity to leave feedback on the proposal. A second Public Exhibition will also be held on Tuesday 21st February 2023 at the same time and location. These comments will then inform an updated proposal which will be presented at the second public exhibition on Tuesday 21st February where there will be a further opportunity to comment. Please note that this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Falkirk Council at this stage. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Falkirk Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
