Luxury Leisure is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of Use from Class E Commercial, Business and Service to Sui Generis Adult Gaming Centre (AGC). New shopfront alterations. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
22/02431/FUL - 15 North Bridge Street Sunderland SR5 1AB. Mr Richard Wooler is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Construction of three storey building with 8no. apartments for C4 residential use. This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of; Monkwearmouth Station Museum, Hebron Church North Bridge Street and 58 Barclay Street Sunderland, which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
22/02134/FU4 - Warden Law Motorsport Centre Hangmans Lane Sunderland SR3 2PR. Manor House Leisure Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Construction of a two storey building providing two units and erection of a single storey building to provide 7no. single garages, 2no. double garages, toilet block and a terrace / viewing deck. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
