This is notice that a Section 73 minor material amendment planning application is to be made by Elfield Park Limited to vary Condition 1 of planning permission reference: 21/00145/OUT for the following proposed development:
Hybrid planning application for employment development comprising an outline planning application for Class B2 general industrial, Class B8 storage or distribution, Class E(g) commercial offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions (ancillary only), research and development of products or processes and industrial processes, plant and yard space, access off H8 Standing Way A421, vehicle parking and manoeuvring areas, ground works, drainage, electrical sub-station, utilities provision, landscaping and associated works. Details provided for full planning permission for Buildings 01 and 02 and associated works.
