Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 (Regulation 7(2)(b))

PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENTS

Cruden Homes has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) for the erection of a residential development and associated infrastructure, including roads, footpaths, SUDS system and open space at the site of the former Howdenburn Primary School, Howdenburn Drive, Jedburgh, Scottish Borders, TD8 6LA.

Two consultations will be held for the project, the first on 18 January 2023 between 4pm – 8pm at Jedburgh Town Hall, Abbey Pl, Jedburgh TD8 6BE.
