b) 145970: Stainfield: Mr D Edwards: Hermitage Farm, Short Ferry Rd: change of use of barns to
holiday lets, change of use of land to equestrian & creation of manege.
c) 146106: Market Rasen: Ian Quill: 39 Queen St: consent for change of use from office to dwelling. (planning app 146015 also rec’d)
d) 146107: Market Rasen: Ian Quill: 39 Queen St: consent for replacement fascia & hanging sign.
