2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Erection of 5no. detached dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping, works to include closure of existing access Land east of Ivy Lodge, Station Road, Northiam RR/2022/2804/P
3. Demolition and re-building of a deteriorated and unstable building known as the piggery. Ittington Manor Farm, London Road, Mountfield RR/2022/2643/L & RR/2022/2926/P
4. Proposed replacement of aluminium patio doors with timber bi-fold doors. Lark Cottage, Eighteen Pounder Lane, Guestling, RR/2022/2851/L
5. WINCHELSEA CONSERVATION AREA Development of cellars, replacement of existing windows and doors, erection of extension to create a new staircase, reworking of existing chimneys, insulation of entire house, cleaning of tile hanging and interior refurbishment. NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 & 8 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 3, 4, 5 & 6 above.
