The Council has received applications: ST/0942/22/HFUL for demolition of existing conservatory & replacement
dining/living extension at 16 Front Street, Cleadon, SR6 7PG which is within the Cleadon Village Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission,
which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will automatically be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. ST/0940/22/LBC for Listed Building Consent sought to replace existing ill-fitting and
poor quality front door at Downhill Cottage East, Downhill Lane, West Boldon, NE36 0AX which is a listed building. The applications, plans and other submitted documents can be viewed online on the Council’s website
www.southtyneside.gov.uk/planningexplorer or during normal office hours at the Customer Service Centre at the address below. If you wish to view a hard copy of the application and associated plans an appointment must be
