Ludgershall Village Green has applied to add 225SqM of fencing on the Village Green
What is planned?
LUDGERSHALL VILLAGE GREEN
Lucy Group, Property Development has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Ludgershall Village Green. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are temporary fencing for permanent utility connections under the village green. The describe works total an area of approximately 225SqM and the fencing will ring the site with a perimeter of approximately 125m. The works and fencing will be located outside of The Land at Westhaven, Ludgershall, HP18 9NZ. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Lucy Developments, Eagle Works, Walton Well Road, Oxford OX2 6EE during normal office hours until 21st January 2023.
