The Council has received applications: ST/0562/22/LBC for Listed building consent sought for chimney stack refurbishment, re-roof, dormer re-roof at 5 Wood Terrace, South Shields, NE33 4UY which is a listed building.
ST/0563/22/LBC for Listed building consent sought for the following works: Chimney stack refurbishment. Re-roof at 6 Wood Terrace, South Shields, NE33 4UY which is a listed building. ST/0938/22/LBC for Listed building consent sought for NHS Remedial Internal Fire Protection Works. at Monkton Hall Health Centre, Monkton Hall, Monkton Lane, Jarrow, NE32 5NNv which is a listed building. ST/1019/22/VC for Application to vary condition 2 of planning permission ST/1211/21/FUL that granted consent for the demolition of existing house and construction of new build property. Works to include the construction of a new tarmac driveway, parking area, vehicle access crossing and brick boundary walls and gates to the front of the new dwelling. Consent now
sought to include the relocation of garage doors to west elevation, reposition the access driveway, adjustment of property position on site, principle entrance to side of dwelling (south elevation), additional ensuite window and
door removed to south elevation, changes to window detailing on northern side elevation, hot tub to rear patio area and removal of roof solar panels at 43 Laburnum Grove, Cleadon, SR6 7RJ which is within the Cleadon Village Conservation Area.
