22/02637/FUL - City Of Sunderland College The Bede Centre Barnes Building Durham Road Sunderland SR3 4AH. Silverstone Building Consultancy is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replace existing windows and curtain wall windows to west elevation with insulated SFS and rain screen cladding wall. Window openings, entrance doors and new accessible entrance ramps to north and west elevations (additional information received 12/12/22). This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
22/02573/LBC - Penshaw House Penshaw Stables Penshaw Houghton-le-Spring DH4 7LB. Mr Sean Hixon is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Restoration of building to a residential dwelling, including associated internal works, which include new internal doors, repairs/upgrade of windows; repair and replacement of floors, ceilings, cornicing, skirting, picture rails and architraves; addition of new en-suite and dressing room; repairs to entrance pillars/gates, new photovoltaic roof panels to rear, replacement portico, including associated parking, landscaping and boundary treatment. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
