second Pre-application consultation event for the proposed development at 525 Ferry Road,EH5 2FF
What is planned?
Notice of Pre-Application Consultation under Regulation 7(2)(b) of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Artisan Real Estate (Sireo Immobilienfonds No. 4 Edinburgh Ferry Road S.A.R.L) (“the Applicant”), hereby give notice of the second Pre-application consultation event to be held in relation to the following proposed development at 525 Ferry Road, Edinburgh, EH5 2FF:
“Proposed demolition of office building and development of residential development with associated commercial and ancillary uses, landscaping and parking.”
The second drop-in consultation event will take place on:
Wednesday 21st December 3pm - 7pm at The Village Hotel, 140 Crewe Road South, Edinburgh, EH4 2NY
This event will provide feedback to members of the public in respect of comments received by the applicant as regards the proposed development. The event will provide information on the proposed development and the Project Team will be in attendance to discuss the proposals and answer any
questions.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above event, via the website, or in writing to Steven Black at JLL, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8LL,
by 10th January 2023.
A final public consultation will be held and advertised in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021. This will provide further feedback to members of the public in respect of comments received by the prospective
applicant as regards the proposed development.
This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to City of Edinburgh Council. Any comments made to the Applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted by the Applicant to City of Edinburgh
Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
