22/02486/MV4 - Former Sunderland Oil Storage (Mobil Oil Company) Sunderland Oil Storage Hudson Dock East Side Barrack Street Sunderland SR1 2BU. Mr Greaves is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 2 (Plans) attached to planning approval 21/01383/MW4 for removal of tyre store, reduction in footprint of pyrolysis process building, change fire water tank to 2no. smaller tanks, re-arrangement and changes to volume of tanks, additional bay to office/welfare building, removal of waste water treatment facility, additional parking and re-alignment of distillation plant. This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of VARIOUS LISTED BUILDINGS which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
22/02549/LB4 - Empire Theatre Box Office Empire Buildings 4 - 5 High Street West Sunderland SR1 3EX.
Ambassador Theatre Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Internal removal/refurbishment of existing Stalls Bar and fitting out of new bar and provision of DDA compliant washroom.
This relates to a Grade II* Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
The above two applications relate to development intended to be carried out on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
22/02390/FUL - Land North Of Mulberry Way Dubmire Industrial Estate Fence Houses Houghton-Le-Spring DH4 5RJ. Jay Storage Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed Open Storage of Caravans (Use Class B8), and the erection of boundary fencing, vehicle access gates and associated hardcore surfacing (Amended description 28/11/22).
22/02393/FUL - 127 Weymouth Drive Houghton-Le-Spring DH4 7TZ. Mrs Lynn Shearing is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of open land to residential garden with new fencing (Retrospective). The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
