What is planned?

Notice of Pre-Application Consultation under Regulation 7(2)(b) of The Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.

Diageo (Scotland) Ltd (“the Applicant”), hereby give notice of a final Pre-application consultation
event to be held in relation to the following proposed development at Cluny Bond, Cluny, KY2 6AR:

“‘Erection of 3 no. maturation warehouses for storage of Scotch whisky within the existing
maturation site and associated works”

A final drop-in consultation event will take place on: Wednesday 14th December 2022 between 3pm – 7 pm at Dean Park Hotel, Chapel Level, Kirkcaldy, KY2 6HF

This event will provide feedback to members of the public in respect of comments received by the prospective applicant as regards the proposed development. This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Fife
Council. Any comments made to the Applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted by the Applicant to Fife Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
