Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- NW/22/00804/FUL - Conversion of former builders merchants and offices (sui generis use), into 6 self-contained, one-bedroom flats, Class C3, together with a two storey, self-contained flat unit within the grounds, to create 8 flats in total, internal alterations (consisting of new internal walls and doors) and external alterations including new windows at ground and first floor, a new ground floor door and new fenestration to the ground floor former office fenestration at 21 High Street, Wellingborough, NN8 4JZ
