Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- NW/22/00796/FUL - Demolition of the attached lean-to structures to centralised brick building (former cottage) and extension and conversion to form a three bedroom residential dwelling at High Farm,

Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- NW/22/00804/FUL - Conversion of former builders merchants and offices (sui generis use), into 6 self-contained, one-bedroom flats, Class C3, together with a two storey, self-contained flat unit within the grounds, to create 8 flats in total, internal alterations (consisting of new internal walls and doors) and external alterations including new windows at ground and first floor, a new ground floor door and new fenestration to the ground floor former office fenestration at 21 High Street, Wellingborough, NN8 4JZ

1990:- NW/22/00805/LBC - Listed building consent for the conversion of former builders merchants and offices (sui generis use), into 6 self-contained, one-bedroom flats, Class C3, together with a two storey, self-contained flat unit within the grounds, to create 8 flats in total, internal alterations (consisting of new internal walls and doors) and external alterations including new windows at ground and first floor, a new ground floor door and new fenestration to the ground floor former office fenestration at 21 High Street, Wellingborough, NN8 4JZ

The applications may be viewed on the website www.wellingborough.gov.uk until 25.12.2022
