I give notice that BioteCH4 Ltd is applying to Lincolnshire County Council for Hazardous Substance Consent for the storage of Biogas and Propane at the Hemswell Biogas Ltd AD Plant, Hemswell Cliff Industrial Estate, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, DN21 5TU.
Lincolnshire County Council will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant consent, will decide on what conditions to grant.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Hemswell Biogas, Hemswell Cliff Industrial Estate, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, DN21 5TU during reasonable hours until the 26th November 2026.
Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to the Lincolnshire County Council Planning Department through their planning portal
