NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is currently considering disposal of the freehold interest in approximately 478.7 m² Service Road off Tat Bank Road, Oldbury shown edged red on Plan Number SAM/47480/005, a copy of which can be obtained upon request.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed freehold disposal should send their comments in writing to:
