In accordance with Regulation 5 (5) of the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events the Safety of Sports Grounds Regulations 1987, I give notice that the Council has issued, the General Safety Certificate in respect of St Helens Ground, Mumbles Road, Swansea.
A copy of the application and the certificate is available by contacting Building Control, The Guildhall, Swansea. Monday Friday, between the hours of 9.00am 4.00pm.
