NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
THE SPINNEY, CLAPHAM COMMON ONE O’CLOCK CLUB Windmill Drive, London SW4 9DE
Lambeth Council proposes to dispose of its leasehold interest via a direct lease award in approximately 89 sq m of property at The Spinney, Clapham Common One O’Clock Club, Windmill Drive, London SW4 9DE.
Current use: community space used to deliver open access play activities, school sessions, nature-based learning, outdoor play space and other recreational activities for the wider community.
STATUTORY NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Lambeth Council intends to dispose of the above-mentioned property via a direct lease award.
Any person wishing to make an objection to the proposed disposal should submit their objection in writing to:

Any objections must be received within two weeks of the date of publication of this notice, by xx/10/2026.
Lambeth Council will consider any objections received before proceeding with the proposed disposal. This notice is published by order of Lambeth Council.
