Land at Denby Dale Library, Wakefield Road, Denby Dale
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of an area of land at Wakefield Road, Denby Dale, Huddersfield, HD8 8RX which may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H26-08), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 29th October 2026, giving full reasons for such objection.
A copy of the plan showing the area in question may be inspected free of charge online at Kirklees Council website- council land and property page.aspx. A copy may also be requested by contacting Kate O’Malley on 01484 221000, or by email: kate. omalley@kirklees.gov.uk
