I give notice that BioteCH4 Ltd is applying to the West Lindsey District Council for hazardous substance consent to store hazardous substance at the Hemswell Biogas Ltd AD Plant, Hemswell Cliff Industrial Estate, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, DN21 5TU.
West Lindsey District Council will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant consent, will decide on what conditions to grant.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Hemswell Biogas, Hemswell Cliff Industrial Estate, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, DN21 5TU during reasonable hours until the 15th October 2026.
